iXchange Life Internship is a life-changing program that empowers young adults to pursue purpose, develop life skills, and build lasting, meaningful relationships with like-minded young people. While many youth face uncertainty about their future, iXchange creates a space for intentional grow—spiritually, emotionally, and practically.

Interns engage in outreaches, Bible education, and leadership development while acquiring skills in multimedia, project planning, teamwork, and data management—all within a creative, collaborative environment. Through intentional participation in iXchange, interns cultivate resilience and become established in their identity, creating a strong foundation for their futures.
